Refund policy
Thank you for your business! We sincerely hope you love our products. Due to the nature of the products being sold; refunds and exchanges are not accepted. Please be sure to double check your order before submitting.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon recept and contact us immediately (within three (3) days of receipt of order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email MidwayDesigns5@gmail.com with the order number; product that has an error; and your name and phone number associated with the order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If a return is accepted; we will contact you with the email associated with the order to let you know how to return the product in error. Any refunds are generally issued to the original method of payment. Refunds usually show up on your statement within1-2 billing cycles, depending upon your bank.
All sales (under Sales Tab) are final - no refunds.
