Cost of Shipping

Shipping is generally determined by the weight and size of products being ordered. Please read the description of the product you are ordering as flat rate shipping can apply.

Ship of Order

Our goal is to ship within 3-5 business days on non-custom orders. Please read the description of the product you are ordering to be advised of the turn around time. 

Custom orders will take longer to process.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are not guaranteed. They are determined by the carrier. Tracking will be provided by email once your order's shipping label has been printed. We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. You will need to contact the carrier. 

Tracking an Order

After your shipping label has been printed, you will receive an email from us with the tracking information. Your tracking information is also included in your Order History. 

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales tax (if applicable) is based on your shipping location and may vary by county and state. Our website automatically calculates sales tax when you enter a shipping location.

Sales - Final

All sales (under Sales Tab) are final - no refunds. 

Combining/Change Orders

Unfortunately, we are not able to combine or allow changes to an order once it has been placed.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address at the time the order is placed. Midway Designs is not responsible for an incorrect mailing address. You will need to contact the carrier and ask for a reroute if applicable. Any additional charges/fees incurred is the customers responsibility.  We will contact you through email on the account if the package is returned to Midway Designs to arrange for reshipment (at customers expense). If customer has not paid the new shipping fees within five (5) days for a non-custom order from date of email - Midway Designs will refund the order less shipping/handling and a 30% restocking fee. If this is a custom order no refunds are available.
